PASS Race #8 - WMMP - 7/24 The second White Mountain Motorsports Park event for 2004 looked like another one where victory was in sight. Johnny time trialed second with a 12.318 to Ben Rowe's 12.258, drew fifth for the dash, and finished the dash in fourth. At the start of the 150, the #54 moved ahead of eventual winner Rich Martin, then Cassius Clark, and then Ben Rowe for the lead. Ben had a rear go flat after some contact and in the yellow for Ben, Cassius got knocked into the back straight wall. Johnny and Sammy Sessions went at it for the lead, with Johnny taking it back by lap 143. Sammy tapped Johnny entering turn one, sending the #54 around and to the back. Sessions also was sent to the back. Ben Rowe had come back from the flat, running up through the field twice and was just behind Rick Martin at the finish line. Johnny made it up to 8th at the end and now stands tied in points with Ben.
